At HostDEWA, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which HostDEWA may provide a refund, the process for claiming a refund, and the responsibility of HostDEWA in circumstances resulting in a refund claim.

1. Overview

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for new shared hosting accounts. If you are not satisfied with our shared hosting service within the first 15 days of your initial signup, you can request a full refund of the hosting fees paid.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund under the 15-day money-back guarantee, the following conditions must be met: Your refund request must be submitted within 15 days of the initial account activation date. The service for which the refund is requested must be a new shared hosting account. Your account must not have violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Non-Refundable Services and Fees

The following services and fees are non-refundable: Domain name registration, renewal, or transfer fees. Once a domain name is registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded. SSL certificates. Dedicated IP addresses. Software licenses (e.g., cPanel, LiteSpeed). Service add-ons or upgrades purchased separately from the hosting plan. Fees for services that have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. Renewal fees for hosting services are non-refundable after the 15-day money-back guarantee period of the initial term.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our billing department by submitting a ticket through your client area or by emailing us at support@hostdewa.com. Please include your primary domain name, account username, and a detailed reason for your refund request.

Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days upon confirmation of eligibility.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we may, at our discretion, issue the refund via an alternative method (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer), which may require additional verification.

HostDEWA is not responsible for any additional fees that may be charged by your bank or payment processor when receiving the refund.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

HostDEWA reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
